All our studio spaces are full at the moment, feel free to inquire to be placed on the waitlist

Spare Room offers 7 studio spaces for rent at various sizes; 8’x8’, 6’x10’ and 4’x9’. Members gain 24 hour access to the artist studios, main gallery and lounge.

Located along the waterfront in downtown Barrie we offer the perfect spot to get inspired by Barrie’s most beautiful views.

Our main gallery is available for rent to anyone in the creative community of Simcoe County. Our lounge serves as a dual purpose meeting & collaborating space and commission art shop to display and purchase original local artwork.
